Giambattista Valli presented his fall winter 2016 couture collection on Monday in Paris, with Celine Dion sitting pretty at the front row. The collection featured a mix of dresses in short and long lengths, as well as some pant ensembles. There were exaggerated shoulders, outsized sleeves and some neck ruffles, that added more drama to the short dresses. One of the standout looks was the tiered evening cape in silk mousseline. Dreamy sheer chiffon dresses appeared in blush colors. Some came gently pleated or draped, others with built-in capes. To keep up with his past collections, Valli ended the breathtaking couture show with three tiered voluptuous tulle gowns, layers upon layers, in lavender, red and white.
