Designer Anthony Vaccarello presented Saint Laurent’s Spring Summer 2019 collection at Trocadéro Fountains with rows of illuminated white palm trees, the Eiffel Tower as their backdrop and models splashing down the runway. The collection was infused with ’60s, ’70s vibes with velvet blazers, sheer, star-studded blouses, and black, seen on everything from sweeping evening gowns to tuxedos to shift dresses glittering with diamantes and embellished stars and hearts.
